  The Day the Earth Blew Up: A Looney Tunes Movie 2024

  There were two states of being that I was in while watching this:

  Physically speaking, I was in a movie theater eating popcorn watching this at the current age of 31.

  Mentally, however, I was at home in the living room eating cereal watching this at 7 years old.

  The gags in this film took me WAY back, practically into my subconscious. (theater silhouette walking out complaining, anyone?)

  Long story short, take the time to watch this. It is WONDERFUL.

  Bloodsport 1988

  After hearing that Zombie Sailor was adding two figures from this film (specifically, Frank Dux and Chong Li) to the Heels and Faces, I had to check this film out.

  Needless to say, this film is classic '80s b-movie action stuff. Which is to say: awkwardly acted, weird story, and crazy action.

  Long story short:

  Did I rent and subsequently watch this because of some action figures that aren't even out yet?

  Yes.

  Did I love it?

  ALSO YES.

  Believe it or not, my first Godzilla movie, and boy, was it excellent! Suprisingly emotional. I loved it!
