a lot to like here. the music did nothing for me personally and i think todd philips is a better writer than director but i respect him so much for taking all that warner bros money and making something so uncompromisingly weird and meta. does away with all the vapid half-realised political commentary from the first one which is for the best. ending was cool. overall not perfect but way more interesting and based than the first one
