  'Salvation' is much better than this turd. At least that had a gritty, bleak tone while 'Genisys' looks so plastic and borderline cartoonish. The computer generated helicopter chase is so unbelievably fake looking it makes Cameron's copter chase in T2 look like ingenious film-making.

  What made THE CONJURING and INSIDIOUS films great was James Wan created a chilling sense of dread in an empty house in broad daylight.

  Well, sad to say, director Corin Hardy jettisoned all that. Now we have 90 minutes of characters wandering through the same smokey hallways, spinning around in the same dark candlelit rooms, and getting screamed at by "The Nun" over and over.

  There is not enough here to make an interesting story. The Nun should've stayed a cameo in THE CONJURING 2.
