The appearance of the demon was genuinely shocking after two films worth fishing line opening doors/moving chairs and a boy with dark rings around his eyes.
I eagerly descend deeper into the Bad Beniverse knowing that Nigel has purchased an external microphone.
I’m not sure Nigel has the film making nuance to have taken on depicting rape…
I was hooked from the opening montage set to a driving Todd Terje track - it’s a wild ride and a meticulously well crafted documentary.
I think I benefitted greatly from not really knowing anything about Maradona (other than seeing his antics in the Argentinian stands at World Cups) - so if you’re not a big Soccer head, leave any reading until you’ve seen it all unfold.
