  there're certainly super cool things about Opus, like the acting of John Malkovic and the style of the whole thing. i really want to like the concept, but it is just kinda annoying. pity that Ayo Edebiri didn't get to show much in this role and it is kinda on purpose, which is just so stupid.
  i'm a big fan of Amber Midthunder being a killing machine in movies tho.

  solid, a bit pointless in criticizing the corporations and also i have resentment towards the pandemic-era movies. but other than that it's pretty cool in some aspects

  incredible dive into the rebellion and the resistance against the occupation, into the psyche of the colonizers. this story might be almost 100 years old, but the enemies still are the same. the way the italians were justifying their occupation is no different from any other colony, any other european nation and it's the same as zionism. there is an arabic saying about it.
