Crazy Thunder Road 1980

Tetsuo: The Iron Man 1989
This is actually about someone who's so obsessed with The Adventure of Denchu Kozo he cosplays himself as one of the cyborg vampires from it and plays with Tomorowo Taguchi pretending he's doing those awesome chase sequences from Denchu Kozo in real life.
