    Despite heavy resistance and reluctance to give another Italian ‘classic’ a chance , this sepia trance took its hold on me in no time.

    Glad we picked Police Story instead of this for Action movie-night - another garish remake that fails to justify its existence and only makes you wonder how things might have been if only and etc. 

    The movie itself is a mess of awkward edits and clunky dialogue that prevents from ever getting into the plastic, vfx world of Speed Racer.
    If advertised as a children’s film, I would feel less disappointed by it.

    Funny, I suppose we never will grow old, and appreciating what you have is daily effort and a choice.

    The camera, although immersive and very fitting for a film that is fairly intimate I found nauseating, to the detriment of a comic and honest viewing experience. 

    50 years since this and friendships still, the most valuable thing. 
    Bender with the boys is the cure for everything, but fellows be respectful of ladies please.

    Masterpiece.
    Tearful as I attempt to describe the most representative experience I’ve ever had the pleasure of viewing.
    Soul searching is an exhausting pursuit, one that leads down paths of gross uncertainty, addiction and worst of all - alienation.
    The quest for purpose and a passion is not a convenient one, but philosophy, faith(in one another) and most importantly - love, reductive as it may sound, are the answer.
    This film has left me feeling seen.
