  Took a while for me to get around to this film. Now that I’ve seen it, I can imagine that for 24 year, it seemed like an interesting political satire set in some kind of scary alternate universe.

  Philip Seymour Hoffman is in one scene of this film, less than 3 minutes of screen time, and there is absolutely no other actor in the world who could have played that role other than him.
