As much as I’ve been enjoying Wes Anderson’s filmography, I don’t really understand why this one is so adored by everyone. Luckily, the movie has a ton of dumb humor, and it’s actually impressive how cleverly dumb it all is, so that truly works in its favor. The few times I laughed were more than just chuckles. Apart from that, a few of the characters storylines are unique, but generally, I found the main characters extremely difficult to root for, therefore, the emotional connection wasn’t there for me. Full review soon (hopefully, lmao).
