  G: A classic for a reason. What they cut from the novel didn't affect the plot, and the characters still felt like the ones from the book. For an old movie, it was able to hold my attention, especially the trial scene. 5/5

  J: I was skeptical before starting this movie. I've never really enjoyed Western TV shows or films and I wasn't sure how much I'd enjoy the format of 6 short stories in a single movie. This movie immediately changed my mind. The first story pulled me into the setting, got me laughing, and had a lovely ending. Every story was quite good, some more enjoyable than others, but they were perfectly ordered giving the whole movie a perfect pacing. 5/5…
