Alien: Romulus 2024
I get that it's a retelling of an already great story but the redeeming qualities: lore expansion with Prometheus connection, bringing back old characters to finish unfinished storylines, insane sound design and thematic motifs, and overall great pacing imo. Also the actor for Andy is phenomenal, probably one of the best if not the best part of this movie. The movie does ask questions of humanity and what it means to be God but in a less obtuse manner than the last couple of movies.

7/10 essentially what tise was for the previous trilogy. They have a lot of work to do to recreate the magic of the other movies.
