  avevo alte aspettative su questo film, sono rimasta delusa, nel complesso, da come è stata gestita la trama.
  non mi ha trasmesso nulla, l’unica cosa che colpisce sono le scene crude mostrate. 
  preferisco di gran lunga il romanzo di de Sade a cui Pasolini si è ispirato, nonostante racconti di scene ancor più fuorvianti è sicuramente migliore della trasposizione cinematografica.

  German expressionist cinema has reached its peak with this film, i loved the visuals and the excellent soundtrack, also the final plot twist shocked me a lot.
  Cesare is so relatable, i would like to sleep 23 years straight too tbh.
