  Two youngins meet on the street and gotta get married that day before he gets sent off to the war ya hear?!
  I’ve seen a lot of silent movies and yet this feels like the oldest thing I’ve ever seen in my life BUT it was well written and judy garland is the best to ever do anything so I watched this whole damn thing I did!

  I work in Broadway houses and some of those stage doors are just swimming with Rupert Pupkin’s 

  I appreciate that everyone wasn’t over the top evil like in that Batman adjacent movie - just uncomfortable but patient

  I had to turn the movie off for a couple days tho because the girl from Roseanne made me so wildly uncomfortable.

  The sound design, the cinematography, and the makeup are just faboo. Pretty accessible David Lynch flick.
