    Last Breath

    ★★★

Last Breath avoids the typical pitfalls of "based on a true story" movie, it's very straight forward and yes there are dramatic flourishes, but they do not go overboard with it. Alex Parkinson's direction is really good, and it's great that he directed this since he directed the 2019 documentary. However the movie is not really trying to be political. This will not go into the history or analysis of Israel and Palestine and will solely be about the movie itself. The movie itself doesn't take sides, and the only position it takes is the role of media.

    September 5 is an insanely…
