  she just wanted to be loved. it seems i still have a tear to shed when i watch this💀

  something i really love about this movie is the irony of how the land of the living was so bleak and dead. Whereas, the underworld/purgatory was so vibrant and lively in contrast. i think it’s because there isn’t any societal pressure, that was sucking the life out of the living. Marrying into wealth doesn’t matter when you’re dead.
