  It's been almost a month since I saw this movie and I have not stopped thinking about it. Thank God for the possible resurgence of Gothic Horror in film because I need it so badly.

  Rewatched after like 6 or 7 years & yeah its much better than I remember, not the best horror movie of course but it has decent suspense, shadow/light trick of the eye shots, and psychological tension buildup. Essie Davis also gives a great transformative performance here, as well. Also Pluto TV crashed twice when I watched it this time and when I opened it up the first time it went directly to the original Twilight Zone channel + all options said undefined so I think that counts for something

  Feels like a mid budget artsy little indie film made in 2006 designed by a slightly less violent & macabre American McGee, truly a sight to see! I need to see more women casually and accidentally scramble a man's fragile little psyche while in pursuit of their own pleasure; Girl Boss Behavior if I dare say. When she vomited in Portugal I was instantly reminded of when I was little and my mom let me eat all my Easter chocolate at once to let me learn the hard way 👍
