getting into movies lately because it's easier than watching a whole tv show
this was such a wonderful send off, but no it's actually setting in that i won't be seeing these characters again, and i'm getting really upset... (ignore generations 💔)
this movie was great, i don't understand the low rating. it was a perfect mix of camp, interesting cinematography, old man yoai throple, and some cosmic horror at the end. i think this has a lot of heart, and soul in it from shatner directing it, and i can appreciate that.

scavenger hunt #102, day 29: from "comfort movie" list
this movie was somehow a lot and a disappointment at the same time. joaquin phoenix did a fantastic job as theo but i was in pain from cringing whenever him + samantha made an attempt at having a relationship. i didn't feel connected with their relationship. i didn't care when it ended, and samantha left. who cares that he sent a letter *then* to his ex-wife? he only signed the divorce…

this film is vibes only. the plot takes an extremely slow pace but the visuals kept me interested. i haven't seen many black, and white films so i can't speak much on the colour grading but some scenes were unreadable to me. very pretty film still. love the cat too, they were the best pair. luv u masuka <3
