I probably missed 90% of the metaphors, but the movie still delivers a clear take on state control, intimacy under constant surveillance, and the pressure to perform.

Props to “The Rule of Jenny Pen” for not making this an “old people are helpless” movie.

what if nursing home residents were way smarter and meaner than we’ve ever seen?
