Beetlejuice Beetlejuice 2024
It was definitely visually appealing, but everything else? Hey what the fuck. Many different plots going on that felt kind of half-assed. I hate to say it but Winona Ryder wasn’t really giving. Cathrine O’Hara absolutely carried this movie!!! Also Willem Dafoe was fun. I feel like this was more of an homage to the original as opposed to a sequel that’s supposed to add something new. Tim I think it’s time to retire.

Carnival of Souls 1962
I’m usually down for a film that’s not heavy on plot as long as it has other redeeming qualities. I liked the main character but other than that nothing about this really grabbed me. I don’t know how people in these reviews are saying this movie is terrifying. I felt like I was waiting for something to happen the whole time.
