  Such a fun rewatch, it’s only gotten better with time. So great to see a movie that knows exactly what it’s about and shoots for the moon. It’s also great to see a musical that absolutely fucking *loves* to be a musical, and not ashamed of it

  Early contender for movie of the year, easy. My god a movie for grownups, finally. Moral complexity? Sexuality? Acting?? A killer score and direction and a point of view??
