Cheesy romance dialogue aside, a solid film that stands well in conjunction with The Clone Wars TV series and offers up a great launchpad into it. This movie has some high highs and is worthy of being the second prequel film.

This was great, a lotta love was poured into this and it was incredibly fun to watch. As a person who has acted in theatre for most of my career, I am awestruck. Great blocking, great effects, amazing performances all around. The costumes, the makeup, the props, chef’s fucking kiss. I love when theatre can be distributed like this.
Everyone in this production is tempting me to fall deeply, absolutely in love with them and it’s working you guys.
What a creative way to tell a familial story, and they do it while making the film so expertly shot and choreographed. So artistic and beautiful, so brash and colorful, I loved every minute of this. There are several dynamite, bang out, powerful performances here, Michelle Yeoh, Ke Huy Quan, Stephanie Hsu, all great, fantastic even.
Ke Huy Quan, the absolute king that you are, I love you man. You deserve this outpouring of reverence. I am so happy about you returning to the big screen.
