Death Wish 1974
Gloomy and dark NYC based storyline fitting the perfect shoes of Charles Bronson. The motive for revenge is exact and portrays true gritty portrayals of the city after dark. Death Wish fits into place in our day and age and shows just how broken the societal system is.

The Hunting Party 1971
Unnecessarily brutal, the director seems to be more focused on the film's aesthetic eventually confusing the main storyline and creating a mess of a pace. Oliver Reed partakes in a shoddy script partaking him to 'erotically rape' which seems to be a common theme. The Hunting Party doesn't know what it is and fails to be something it isn't. A waste of a great cast.

Greetings 1968
A series of skits resembling the events of the 60s with a satirical touch. De Palma's 'Hi, Mom' is very similar to this sleaze of a film but tackles issues in a more appreciable linear way. Greeting is a mess of a film with a couple good ideas every now and then though the structure is all over the place with it's dingily fabricated series of events.

Hang 'em High 1968
Starts out with an intense opening laying the motive and groundwork to what will come next. A revenge western flick, there are hundreds of these laying around and some more memorable than others. Hang'em High fits right in the middle, a shame that they couldn't go on a more direct approach when it came to Eastwood's decisions and actions. His loyalty to the law, albeit fitting his character's personality is a downgrade to what could have been a more thrilling revenge plot. Bloody justice and a more no holds barred approach would've been appreciated and could've resulted for a less abundant viewing.
