i love vampires.
and how this movie made me realize i had some modern fiction brainwashing going on when i randomly said to myself halfway through the film, “i wish he was hot.”
😭 so that was a nice wake up call.really enjoyed the way lily rose depp contorts her body, and the way this film addresses sexuality.
the film as a whole was hard to take seriously, but that’s my own fault. also so boring at the beginning&didn’t need to be as long as it is.
the best takeaway is that this made me want to explore egger’s filmography further!
