  was hoping to like it more upon rewatching, but unfortunately feel the same. I can’t really get behind the comedic aspects when I feel such dread for ani the whole time. This did however cement my wish so far for Mikey to win best actress (have not seen I’m Still Here yet though)

  Yeahhhhh I had a feeling this would become one of my favorites of the year. Just watching the trailer gave me goosebumps.

  Adam Driver, Scarlett Johansson, and Laura Dern give amazing performances. I know some people were not as impressed with Johansson as Driver, but I could feel both of their emotions so deeply.

  Sort of an obvious thing but I love movies that feel timeless and have this atmosphere about them that feels so normal and real that they do not feel like movies. This one checked that off my list and hit me hard. Also enjoyed the score and the ending was perfect.
