  I've tried, I've really tried. I thought that maybe trying to watch the prequels again after a few years would help me appreciate the films a bit more. But no. These are terrible, terrible movies that only show how great the original trilogy is.

  A guilty pleasure, I must confess. This film represents the '80s in so many ways: the bloated music, the Cold War dynamics, the crazy clothes and hair, the 80's action film homo-eroticism. But besides that it is just very entertaining.
