It didn’t feel like a movie, it felt like a memory. Like you know these people from work or any other place in your life, you get attached to everyone through the course of this one game…

We live in a timeline not too distant from our own where this was never released and it was thrown away as a tax write off.. that truly is such a horrifying thought.
With that being said I’m so glad this managed to be released despite everything against it including the abysmal marketing and limited time in theaters.
Also this movie almost 100% confirms that Daffy was born afab and I won’t elaborate. Watch the damn movie.

Bong Joon-ho got a blank check and complete creative freedom all from the amazing success that was Parasite and it’s insanely impressive this is what came out of that. Just from an artistic standpoint it is so gratifying to see a filmmaker be given the ultimate opportunity after achieving the validation they truly deserved.
It’s themes are sometimes a little on the nose but I admire how clear his vision is throughout and the phenomenal performance from Robert Pattinson, way too early to call but I truly hope he is at least nominated at the Oscar’s for this role.
