i didn't love it as much as i love firefly, but that is a pretty high bar. i thought we deserved more time with Book and perhaps more Mal/Inara interaction but we got our Kaylee/Simon kiss and most of our loose ends tied up. Jayne never disappoints and I'm glad firefly wasn't the end of serenity's story. I will not, however, forgive the absence of ballad of serenity (i mean, why???)
