Longlegs 2024
Took some cool elements of classic horror/thrillers and did not know what to do with it. Huge lack of depth. You don’t really want to invest into any of these characters. Has a lot of potential but was a huge miss. If the vagueness of it was so they could make some other movies I’m not interested.
PS all the talk about this being Nic Cages best role is disrespectful to his career and felt like bait. Not a discredit to his acting which was great but the movie didn’t help to support how incredible he could have been.
