  Having seen that the reviews were bad, I was so excited to watch this and enjoy a camp, terrible film. But it wasn't even fun bad - it was just boring bad. Gaga may as well have been a cardboard cutout with the lack of nuance and characterisation this shit-ass script gave her. The tone was all over the place and it didn't really make a point about anything at all. Just boring.

  This was okay. Ian McKellen is always fun to watch. I feel like this film exists purely to give Ian McKellen something to act in, it really was his ideal role. The plot did go a bit off-kilter and at times it was difficult to follow who was who, as two of the characters looked very similar. But not a bad film, though it's not one that will stand out in my head.

  Easily the worst thing I've seen in the cinema since the covid pandemic. Fell asleep 3 times. Chris Pratt should be tried for war crimes for inflicting this mediocrity on the world.

  Jack Black would have carried it had he been in it more. What a fucking legend. Maybe he should've voiced the whole thing.
