  i just don’t see the point. it’s like they rehashed the old film with no regard for moana’s character development, she basically faced the same problems just like,, less. the gang she put together made no sense (they’re her boat crew but they’ve never been on boats- i thought moana was teaching everyone to be wayfinders so why THEM) also, they did nothing to teach her a moral or lesson of some sort, i dont see why it happened. no…
