  The opening sequence suggested a level of camp that the rest of the film did not follow through with (I completely get why though), and I think the flashbacks could have been interwoven better. However, I do really like how this deconstructed itself as the most 80s film to ever 80s. Great cinematography and nice use of colors too.

  i’m floored. where do i even begin. 

  this was probably the most emotional i’ve ever been watching a film. charlotte wells directed the hell out of this and you can tell how personal it was to her.
