i’m a huge you’ve got mail fan, so watching the source material is always a fun change of pace. jimmy stewart is just so lovable and endearing. his cool, sardonic nonchalance in this film comes off so suave. LOVE the back-to-back chairs scene in the café, and love that it was imitated in you’ve got mail in nyc’s café lalo (which i have visited)! such a fun, witty film!
