  i was initially confused over how this movie was considered horror but after finishing i kinda deeped it.
  unlike most coming of age stories, owen never went for the one thing that might’ve altered his future, wake him up. He just got stuck. Never changed. trapped in a reality that never really felt like his own.

  the horror isn’t some big external force, its way more subtle than that. its in the way life keeps moving even when you don’t.…
