I saw it twice in the theaters. I was hoping that the second time, I could find more connection to the characters. With each viewing I find the cinematic‘s more impressive. This might be the reason why I felt that the human story was dwarfed when compared to the epic world building and overall theme this film had to offer. Venom: Let There Be Carnage 2021
This movie was so fun, lighthearted, and sincere enough to win me over. Tom Hardy killed it as well as all the other actors on the screen. It didn’t try to be something that it wasn’t. It was the perfect length. At 90 minutes, it moves briskly and swiftly. The movies familiar enough, but with the sincerity and brevity it makes ticket purchase well worth it.
