  if tolerating a lack of focus on the character' inner world in part 1 was easy to accept due to near perfect structure, tempo and storytelling, it was definitely harder to accept here.

  this one was supposed to be a Michael Corleone film, yet he's just as much of a stranger to me as he was from the moment he first appeared. i have no idea what drives this person. he certainly doesnt give us much material to speculate on.…
