It gets me every time. E-V-E-R-Y. TIME.
I have no idea how many times I’ve seen this movie, but during this watch, Batman’s symbolism of hope and serving others just hit so hard. Beginning with the scene of Batman rushing to take the electric blow to save everyone from electrocution and ending with the scene of him assuring the woman as she’s lifted up. My goodness man. Mnmn. Hit me.
Oh and the relationship between Batman and Catwoman. Beautiful.…

I wish I watched this as a kid. This was insanely cool and not to mention how the humor would’ve also hit more.
There is humor for all ages. The kids get the attention, but the adults can still have a good time. Seeing as though this is targeted towards kids, I get it 😂.
The dialogue and writing can be cheesy at times but I’ll take cheesy over bad all day.

Probably safe to say that this is my least favorite of the series.
Personally, I was really hoping to see a follow up with a closer connection to Caesar. Like what happened with Cornelius, Maurice, and Rocket! I would’ve liked to have seen a story following Cornelius struggling with having to fill his fathers shoes without ever knowing him. Having Maurice and others support him through his challenges.
However, I will say the idea of this taking place generations…
