Sleeping with Other People 2015
This is the epidome of a mid movie. Not horrible but nothing special at all. Had a few laughs and easily watchable but I believe I won't remember a thing about this movie in 6 months. Was excited going into it seeing a rather stacked lineup of actors I enjoy with Sudeikis/Brie/Scott, so maybe my expectations were a bit too high. It was fairly strange that the leads were both kind of scumbags, but at the same time you rooted for them to work out. Overall, just have seen much better romantic comedies, but at least I learned how to do the dirty DJ.

The Waterboy 1998
Definitely one of the better Sandler films but not quite top tier from his insane run from mid 90s to early 2000s. Goofy humor and feel good story made for an enjoyable time.

This movie had some well placed jumpscares and was fairly creepy but besides that, nothing special. Did not care what happened to the main character. The concept of there being an tragedy passing through a chain of people, with the protagonist investigating and finding this out, has been done a lot better before: Sinister, It Follows, The Ring. Either way, I didn't hate it and will watch the second one tomorrow. Hope it's better!

Who asked for this? I'm a fan of the games, but not a superfan. Even without an extreme connection to the franchise...wtf was this movie. I get this film was not canon, but the story, characters, casting, CGI, everything was a dud. Even the characters used do not come anywhere near the appeal they had in the games. Just an all around bad movie.
