Interstellar 2014
Wow. I remember I started this movie a few years back but stopped like 10 minutes into it because it was “too slow” for me. I’m super glad I took the time to watch it now. This movie had me intrigued the entire time, unsure of what would happen next. Also, there were definitely a few tearjerker moments throughout the film and I could really feel the emotions that were being expressed. The cast was phenomenal and the soundtrack had a powerful effect as well. Definitely just became one of my favorite films.

Oppenheimer 2023
I enjoyed this movie. I thought the cast was fantastic and the story of Oppenheimer was depicted in an efficient way. I thought it dragged a bit during certain parts, but I feel like that’s kind of inevitable with a 3 hour long movie. Definitely not my typical choice when it comes to films as it felt like a history lesson as well, but I can see why it has been so hyped up.
