  This movie is good. I said it. Jessica Alba may be miscast, Doom is underdeveloped to say the least, Chris Evans is a delight as Johnny, The Thing looks pretty darn good for practical effects. It’s great. Super excited for First Steps

  P.S. Two Wilhelm screams in just as many minutes is crazy
  Add 30-45 minutes of backstory to Doom (and his relationship with Reed) might help and may give a little more insight on how he just becomes this…

  Man of Steel 2013

  ★★★½ Rewatched 27 Mar 2025

  I have problems with Zack Snyder’s interpretation of Superman but this may be his (Zack’s and Superman’s, at least for now) best movie. Very excited for James Gunn’s Superman especially after rewatching the first Guardians
