  Special agent tracks down the murderer of his fiancé who is a serial killer. Once the agent finds the killer he chooses to exact revenge for his loss but unintentionally causing more terror along the way. I originally rated this higher for the visceral visual style but that fades with additional viewings.

  An investigation into a murder reveals a more complicated plot at that leaves a former city cop questioning who to trust.  A well done story as the facts slowly come together that lead to those responsible.

  The Killer 2023

  I liked this movie but I’m not quite sure how I feel about it. You could say that this is a more methodical John Wick.  Michael Fassbender’s voiceover gets you into the mind of the killer and all of his actions have a purpose to them.  However as the movie goes on, even though the killer repeats his guidelines the more he ignores them as if he is slowly tiring of killing without knowing why. In the end I’m not sure of which way he’s going but maybe that’s the point.

  Decent movie but with familiar elements.  Not bad but nothing in this movie stood out.  I did like the star but everything felt like I seen this before.
