    I found this doco so relaxing - literally fell asleep to it and woke up to re-watch. The soundtrack by 'Dick Tracy' was incredible and hypnotic - I was really cognisant of it throughout the watch.

    I cried so much. I felt the depth of feeling in his face and in his manner. I was reminded of how the world can be savoured. The intimacy possible with the sentient and material world alike. It felt spiritual. The honouring of the sacred in all, but especially in the small, the slow and often disregarded, discarded.

    Made me miss being in Japan a lot. The carefulness and richness of detail in daily life.
