honestly did not expect myself to like it as much as i did. such a cool concept and made me emotional quite a bit at times. the little girl was adorable and the gay couple was cute they kinda goals i think? except spoiler alert one of them died if you couldn’t tell and that was sad. such a great film tho, the flashbacks and time jumps in between the main story really added to the emotional aspects of the film.

not even mia goth could mother hard enough to save this tragedy of a movie, gets one star for mia at least making me laugh a little. other than that it’s not good in my opinion, wasn’t scary at all, just uncomfortable, not even in a “ooo that’s creepy i’m uncomfortable” way but “ew that’s literally repulsive to look at”. even with the social commentary on rich ppl being able to get away with whatever they want bc of their power it’s still not good.
