  "You returned your stuff to me yourself, you apologized to me yourself—so you can dump me with no guilt."
  
  "When you came to apologize, I was mad. It was like, you were off the hook after you apologized. So I had to forgive you, right?"

  and from there i never apologized for something deep again. that scene helped me reflect more about my actions and how it affects the other party. that maybe from our own perspectives, saying sorry can lift all the guilt you carried for a long time, but for them, a simple sorry can't take back the things they've been through.
