  Super fun! Love James Mangold and he’s def one of the few guys who could take on Indiana jones… awesome staging and camera work it really kept the magic alive. The ending was sweet too, glad they put a cap on the series and didn’t leave it open ended

  This film absolutely blew me away. There's a talent in storytelling and directing, sure, but I think there's a much more niche talent in building a character such as that of Jake LaMotta. Scorsese built this character all the way and made him so 3 dimensional. He then put his character into various situations that test him and demonstrate who he is to the audience and that's not something a lot of people can do as well as Scorsese.
