Another conceptually cool film! Josh Hartnett plays a warm friendly dad who’s secretly a psychopath well enough to have kept me entertained. Other than that. It was pretty mid.

Maybe if I didn’t know the plot and wasn’t ruined by the memes, it would be different but
Christopher Nolan can’t write believable dialogue to save himself. He esp does not do well with building up drama. I legit laughed at the scene where the kid Murphy is crying over how she’ll never see her father again. Filled with cliche tropes and lines I could easily fill the sentences to.
On the other hand, amazing vfx and music for the time. I love a good sci-fi movie with accurate scientific basis, as a fan of ‘The Martian’. Conceptually this is a very cool film.

That was a fun ride!
The scenes establishing Nina as a naive, fragile, overprotected 'child', then seeing her embark on her villain arc, to the inevitable 'final acts' where all hell breaks loose!'It was perfect.'
Indeed, it was.
I also can't get over Natalie Portman murdering Mila Kunis to Tchaikovsky, then continue as normal
