I was so fucking confused as to why my flatmate was NOT crying while watching neil’s d*ath scene but i was like ok!!!!! everyone has their own way of reacting to such things and 10 minutes later she gets up and goes: “i fell asleep, did neil get sent away?” OH ACTUALLY LET ME TELL YOU.

despite being absolutely flabbergasted during the first half of the movie because no description of it ever could have prepared me for what was to come, i enjoyed this so much. this was so profound yet so fucking funny that NO home alone scene beats garnik, igor and toros fighting anora. peak tummy ache inducing comedy. and not to mention how excellently and meticulously they thought of introducing a bald russian man with blue eyes bitch u know the very first second him and anora were in the same frame my senses started tingling.
