  Probably the largest amount of Mousetrap that will ever be in an official film in my lifetime (and I deeply appreciate that they upheld the tradition of leaving it mostly unspoiled even in a movie that revolves around it).

  Comedy and writing and performances (Saoirse especially)? All excellent. The mystery? Adequately constructed though far from the level of any actual Agatha work. The result? An enjoyable viewing that nevertheless felt like it didn't fully realize its potential- our detectives here…

  Spider-Man: No Way Home 2021

  "The one thing people love more than a hero, is to see a hero fail"

  I'm not sure the movie is 100% free of plot holes or that the pacing is perfect. A second viewing, at minimum, is required. I *am* sure that Tom Holland is a fantastic actor. He will be remembered as the best Spider-Man by far if they continue to give him material worthy of his potential.

  But the important thing is THIS MOVIE IS SO GODDAMN…
