Devastating.
Borderline nauseating to watch at times with how much pain these characters are in. A rough watch and even a rough listen at times. Some of those sounds were barely human.
A movie haunted by trauma that can be genuinely terrifying. Just unsettling as fuck all the way through, with a tone like a funeral.
