  This kind of felt like when you want to try a recipe for the first time and you spend money on ingredients as well as time preparing it for it to turn out rather unappetising but still somewhat edible so you convince yourself it’s fine to eat because you spent your grocery budget on attempting this one meal so you have to finish it because it is your only source of sustenance leaving you feeling queasy but still hungry
