At first I wasn’t sure how I felt about this one. I hadn’t watched any trailers and had only read the synopsis, so I was expecting another version of Call Me By Your Name (one of my favorites). Beautiful and palpable display of tragic yearning. Great soundtrack. Loved the surreal dream / trip sequences. Several heart wrenching moments that had me wiping some tears away despite my best effort. So although this wasn’t what I originally hoped for, it made me FEEL the feels and I love that in a movie.
